Description
A delicious and creamy Italian sausage pasta dish made with spinach and Parmesan cheese.

- 12 ounces Short Cut Pasta
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 5 ounces Spinach (Roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the package directions.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage and garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the sausage is no longer pink, breaking apart into small pieces.
- Add in the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes until it starts to thicken.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Add in the cooked pasta and mix until everything is well combined. Serve topped with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for easy meals.
