Description

Deliciously crispy air-fried buffalo chicken tenders that are easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 1 spray Oil Spray
  • ⅓ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 2 TBS Chopped Parsley (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Combine the chicken tenderloins, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a large bowl. Toss well until each piece is coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush the buffalo sauce generously over both sides of the cooked tenders.
  6. Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  7. Remove the tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
