- 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 1 spray Oil Spray
- ⅓ cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 TBS Chopped Parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Combine the chicken tenderloins, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a large bowl. Toss well until each piece is coated.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Brush the buffalo sauce generously over both sides of the cooked tenders.
- Air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Remove the tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Chicken breasts can serve as a substitute for chicken tenderloins.
- Avocado oil is a great alternative to olive oil.
- Feel free to use smoked paprika instead of regular paprika.
