Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries
- Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Hull the strawberries and slice them in half lengthwise.

- In a chilled bowl, combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Use an electric mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

- If using sponge cake: Cut the cake into circles slightly larger than the strawberries.
