  • 2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (Can substitute with avocado oil.)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (Substitute with honey for a different flavor profile.)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (Adjust based on salt type used.)
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika (Use smoked paprika for added depth.)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Consider using fresh minced garlic.)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (Adjust to taste.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position the rack in the center.
  2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl by mixing the brown sugar, kosher salt, sweet paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Prepare the salmon by placing it skin side down on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over it.
