Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3 scoops strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup strawberry syrup
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Optional: gold-colored straws
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and hull the fresh strawberries.
- In a blender, add strawberries, ice cream, whole milk, and strawberry syrup.
- Blend the Milkshake:
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Check the consistency and add more milk if you prefer a thinner milkshake.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a chilled bowl, combine heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar.
- Use an electric mixer to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Milkshake:
- Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.
- Top generously with whipped cream.
- Add a fresh strawberry on the rim of each glass for garnish.
- Insert straws for added flair.
Notes
- For extra richness, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- You can substitute whole milk with almond or oat milk for a different flavor.
