Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie made with frozen fruits and spinach, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple (diced)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango (diced)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (peeled)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the frozen pineapple, mango, and banana.
  2. Add the spinach and coconut water.
  3. Cover and blend on high speed until ingredients are well combined.
  4. Transfer the smoothie mixture to a glass and garnish with chia seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.
