Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches: In a bowl, combine peach slices, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Make the Cream Mixture: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the Parfait: In serving glasses or a large bowl, start by adding a layer of the cream mixture. Add a layer of granola or crushed graham crackers on top of the cream.
