Instructions

  2. Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and press the mixture into an 8×10-inch rectangle.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the Oreo base, leaving a small border.
  6. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap, sushi-style.
  7. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
