Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
- Crusty bread, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese, if using.
- Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with warm, crusty bread for dipping.
