- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare Your Slow Cooker – Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or line it with wax paper.
- Combine Ingredients – In a large mixing bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Stir until well combined.
- Add the Sweetness – Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in nuts or mini marshmallows if using.
- Pour into the Slow Cooker – Transfer the mixture into your prepared slow cooker, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
- Slow Cook – Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for about 1 to 2 hours, checking periodically.
- Cool and Cut – Once cooked, let it cool for about 30 minutes, then transfer to a lined baking dish to set completely.
- Cut and Serve – Once set, remove the candy from the dish and cut it into squares or bars.

- For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt.
