- 200g dark chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 200g white chocolate
- 300ml heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- Dark Chocolate Mousse:
- Melt 200g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip 300ml of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined. Set aside in the fridge.
- White Chocolate Mousse:
- Melt 200g of white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip 300ml of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined. Set aside in the fridge.
- Assembling the Parfait:
- In a glass or dessert cup, layer the dark chocolate mousse at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the white chocolate mousse on top.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a layer of dark chocolate mousse.
- Garnish:
- Top with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.
- Add chocolate truffles or bars for an extra touch.
Notes
- Ensure that the chocolate is completely cooled before folding it into the whipped cream to prevent melting.
- For a flavor twist, consider adding a dash of espresso powder to the dark chocolate mousse.
- Chill the mixing bowls and beaters before whipping the cream for better results.
- If you prefer, you can add a layer of crushed cookies or biscuits between the mousse layers for extra texture.
