Description

Delicious homemade pepperoni pizza rolls, perfect for snacking or a meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by sliced pepperoni.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  6. Brush the top with an egg wash and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
