Description

Delicious chocolate truffles made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate morsels, and marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 cups regular-sized marshmallows
  • 2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate bark
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring well until smooth, about 1 minute in total.
  2. Add the regular-sized marshmallows and heat again for another 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until fully melted and combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the refrigerator and let it chill for 2 hours. Use a small metal scoop to portion out the filling onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour to firm them up.
  5. Using a toothpick, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate. Tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle your optional crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts onto the truffle immediately after dipping.
  7. Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
