Description
Delicious chocolate truffles made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate morsels, and marshmallows.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 2 cups regular-sized marshmallows
- 2 cups chocolate melting wafers or chocolate bark
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring well until smooth, about 1 minute in total.
- Add the regular-sized marshmallows and heat again for another 30 to 60 seconds. Stir until fully melted and combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the refrigerator and let it chill for 2 hours. Use a small metal scoop to portion out the filling onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour to firm them up.
- Using a toothpick, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate. Tap on the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
- Sprinkle your optional crushed graham crackers or chopped nuts onto the truffle immediately after dipping.
- Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
