A delicious and easy dessert made with Saltine crackers, chocolate, and toffee.

- 1 sleeve Saltine crackers (about 40 crackers)
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional, such as pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar until bubbly, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and then break into pieces.
Notes
- For an added crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts over the chocolate chips before cooling.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
