Description

A deliciously creamy chocolate pumpkin mousse made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until creamy.
  3. Allow melted chocolate to cool slightly before folding it into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
  4. Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  5. Transfer to serving cups or a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
