Ingredients

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until creamy.
- Allow melted chocolate to cool slightly before folding it into the pumpkin mixture until well combined.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip the mixture until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Transfer to serving cups or a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with crushed nuts or a drizzle of tahini if desired.
Notes
- This mousse is best served chilled and can be made a day in advance for convenience.
