Coconut Orange Popsicles

Description

A refreshing and creamy popsicle made with coconut milk and orange juice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 ounces canned coconut milk (full fat)
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice (No added sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender or food processor, add the coconut milk, orange juice, and honey and blend very well, until smooth.
  2. Distribute the mixture evenly amongst the 6 popsicle molds.
  3. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  4. Once set, remove from the molds and enjoy.

Notes

  • For best results, use full-fat canned coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup according to taste.
