- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Create the Crust:
Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. - Prepare the Green Layer:
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water. Allow it to cool to room temperature. Pour over the chilled crust and refrigerate until set (about 1 hour). - Prepare the Red Layer:
Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water. Let it cool to room temperature. Pour carefully over the set green layer and refrigerate until fully set (about 1 hour). - Make the Cream Layer:
Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over the set red layer. - Finish and Decorate:
Top with festive sprinkles. Chill the entire dessert for at least 2 hours before serving.
