Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas with milk and honey or maple syrup until smooth.

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well blended; the batter should be thick yet pourable.
