Description
Simple recipe for drying jalapenos in the oven.
Ingredients

- 4 whole jalapenos, sliced
- 1 pinch salt (optional sprinkle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
- Cut the ends off of each jalapeno and discard.
- Slice crosswise into 1/8 inch slices.
- Place jalapeno slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2 hours or until they are hard and dried.
Notes
- Adjust the baking time based on your desired dryness.
- Store dried jalapenos in an airtight container.
