- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin lightly with cooking spray or olive oil. Gently press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, ensuring it fits snugly and covers the sides. Brush the tops with olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped artichokes, minced garlic, and fresh spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
- Using a spoon, fill each wonton cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture, ensuring they are heaped but contained within the edges of the wrappers.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let the wonton cups cool for a few minutes. Carefully remove them using a fork or your fingers. Serve warm.
