Ingredients

- 1 cup White chocolate (Melts into the dough)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (Softened)
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (Lightly packed)
- 2 large Eggs (Room temperature)
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Matcha powder (High quality)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the white chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or gently in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Combine the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg blend, stirring until smooth.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
