Description

Delicious cookies infused with white chocolate and matcha, perfect for a treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup White chocolate (Melts into the dough)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (Softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (Lightly packed)
  • 2 large Eggs (Room temperature)
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Matcha powder (High quality)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the white chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or gently in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. Combine the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar and egg blend, stirring until smooth.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, and salt. Mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
