Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can Cooking spray
  • 32 oz Frozen Tater Tots
  • 6 large Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the frozen Tater Tots in an even layer at the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
