- 32 oz Frozen Tater Tots
- 6 large Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Chopped spinach
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange the frozen Tater Tots in an even layer at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the Tater Tots, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

- A light coat of cooking spray will prevent sticking and help achieve a golden finish.
