Description

A delicious creamy chicken recipe with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and scrape the bottom to deglaze.
  7. Add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and spinach.
  8. Stir and let simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  10. Serve hot.
