Instructions
- In a small food processor, blend ½ cup fresh basil, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of kosher salt until roughly chopped.
- Incorporate ½ cup good-quality mayonnaise into the mixture and blend until fairly smooth.
- Transfer the aioli to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
