- 2 large pieces boneless and skinless chicken breast
- 300g penne or rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on the outside. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
- Add Sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in Cream: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Cook Pasta: In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large baking dish, combine cooked pasta, chicken, and the creamy tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
