Description
A delicious crab salad served in a hot dog bun, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/3 cup imitation crab meat (*or 3 oz canned, drained crab meat (remove shells))
- 2 dashes Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 hot dog roll
- 1 lettuce leaf (optional)
Instructions
- First, in a medium sized bowl add all ingredients except hot dog roll and stir until well combined.
- Optional: Toast hot dog bun in a small frying pan with butter (not calculated in nutritional info).
- Then, add lettuce leaves (if using) to the inside of the hot dog bun.
- Next, spoon out the crab salad onto the hot dog bun.

- This dish can be served cold or warm.
- Feel free to customize the ingredients based on preference.
