Description

A delicious crab salad served in a hot dog bun, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup imitation crab meat (*or 3 oz canned, drained crab meat (remove shells))
  • 2 dashes Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 hot dog roll
  • 1 lettuce leaf (optional)

Instructions

  1. First, in a medium sized bowl add all ingredients except hot dog roll and stir until well combined.
  2. Optional: Toast hot dog bun in a small frying pan with butter (not calculated in nutritional info).
  3. Then, add lettuce leaves (if using) to the inside of the hot dog bun.
  4. Next, spoon out the crab salad onto the hot dog bun.

  • This dish can be served cold or warm.
