Description

Delicious cookies filled with chocolate, peanut butter, and mini marshmallows!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter over the dough and lightly swirl to keep streaks.
  7. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  8. Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until edges are set and centers are soft.
  10. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
