Description
A deliciously creamy dessert made with cottage cheese, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.
Ingredients

- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Dark Special)
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (I used agave nectar)
Instructions
- In a food processor or a blender, add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener.
- Mix on high until the mixture is a creamy texture.
- If it’s too thick, just add a little milk of choice.
- Spoon into 1 very large or 2 smaller serving dishes and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking by varying the amount of sweetener used.
- For a lighter texture, you can add milk or a milk alternative.
