Description

A deliciously creamy dessert made with cottage cheese, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s Dark Special)
  • 12 tablespoons sweetener of choice (I used agave nectar)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or a blender, add the cottage cheese, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder and sweetener.
  2. Mix on high until the mixture is a creamy texture.
  3. If it’s too thick, just add a little milk of choice.
  4. Spoon into 1 very large or 2 smaller serving dishes and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness to your liking by varying the amount of sweetener used.
  • For a lighter texture, you can add milk or a milk alternative.
