Description

This crispy air fryer gnocchi is a simple and delicious dish perfect for a quick meal. Served with cheese and seasoned to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano or parmesan cheese + more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, pepper, salt and grated cheese. Add in the gnocchi, and toss until it’s evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the gnocchi to the air fryer basket in one layer, leaving space between to allow for good airflow. This will ensure the gnocchi get crispy.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with more grated cheese (optional).

  • Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
