Description
This crispy air fryer gnocchi is a simple and delicious dish perfect for a quick meal. Served with cheese and seasoned to perfection.

- 2 cups gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano or parmesan cheese + more for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, pepper, salt and grated cheese. Add in the gnocchi, and toss until it’s evenly coated.
- Transfer the gnocchi to the air fryer basket in one layer, leaving space between to allow for good airflow. This will ensure the gnocchi get crispy.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with more grated cheese (optional).

- Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
- Feel free to adjust seasoning according to taste.
