Instructions
- Prepare the Foil: Lay a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil measuring about 17×15 inches on a flat surface.
- Cut and Arrange: Cut the bratwurst into thirds. Distribute the bratwurst, red potatoes, baby carrots, red onion, and mushrooms evenly into two foil packets.
- Season Generously: Dot the mixture with butter, then sprinkle the onion soup mix, soy sauce, and pepper over the top.
- Seal Tightly: Fold the edges of the foil tightly to create a secure packet.
- Cook Over Heat: Grill the packets over medium heat for 23-28 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Open Carefully: When done, carefully open the foil packets to let the steam escape.
